Sintrol provides high quality, customer oriented dust measurement solutions, improving its customer's processes and monitoring their particulate emissions. The measurement is based on particles interacting with an isolated sensor connected to the channel or stack. When particles move in the gas stream and pass nearby the sensor, they will create an induction based AC signal that can be seen in certain frequency bands. Since dust affects the signal only for certain frequencies, the frequencies unrelated to dust measurement can be then filtered out before signal processing.
Ambient Monitoring
DumoPro
New and Improved continuous ambient air dust monitor for industrial environments. Low maintenance real-time 24/7 trend monitoring in key areas to detect and alarm of dust events. Fast response to changes in process conditions. DumoPro utilizes Sintrols proven measuring technology. Applications:

Emissions Monitoring
S305QAL Dust Monitor
New and improved MCERTS/(TÜV) certified stack monitor for official emissions measurements. The S305QAL stack emissions dust monitor meets the highest European standards as defined in EN14181. The S305QAL is approved for and suitable for use on waste incineration and all combustion plant applications. The S305QAL1 comes with many key features making it a very reliable, low maintenance, sensitive and robust solution for stack measurements. Certified measuring ranges: 0...7.5 mg/m3 and 0...100 mg/m3. |
S304 Emissions Monitoring
Emission monitor that can be calibrated to give mg/m3 output. For applications requiring absolute value measurements of dust concentrations, the S304 can be calibrated to give the user a mg/m3 output. Once calibrated, this dust monitor helps plant operators know exactly how much dust is passing through the stack or outlet duct of their plant. The S304 is additionally equipped with a 4-20 mA signal and two independent alarm relays that can be used to further optimized process condition in the plant. |
Process Monitoring
E-Spy
As the only probe based dust monitor proven to be a reliable trend monitor after electrostatic precipitators (ESP), the Sintrol ESPY is one of its kind. With the ability to neutralize the electrostatic field in the outlet duct of an ESP, the ESPY is able to give a trend of relative dust concentrations to help plant operators optimize the use of the ESPs. |
S203 Dust Monitor
Trend monitor with 4-20 mA output for continuous dust measurement. Continuous trend monitor that gives plant operators to see the performance of the filtration systems ducts over a period of time. Perfect for installation after any filtration system or in common line channels leading into the emissions points of a plant. State of the art Inductive Electrification principle minimizes the need for maintenance on the dust monitor and provides an accurate trend for end users. 4-20 mA output combined with an easy to use auto-setup feature that takes less than 30 minutes from installation makes the device both convenient and reliable. |
S201 Dust Monitor
On/Off Switch for filter leak detection. With two independent alarm relays, Sintrol’s S201 allows the end user to identify bag leaks and deterioration of filters. Using our electric induction measurement principle, the dust monitor can be easily set up within 30 minutes of installation and gives plant operators quick notification of breaches in the filtration system.Sintrol dust monitor allows end users to manually adjust alert and alarm level signals to tailor to their end needs. Different probe lengths and coatings give flexibility to meet a variety of applications. |
